Refund policy
We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Please note, we have no restocking fee for any and all returns until mentioned
All Pre-Orders are subjected to 20% non refundable deposit, so please make sure you are aware of this.
We do not allow returns for raw single cards.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, sealed and undamaged, in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not return your purchased item to us until we spoke with you.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items which cannot be returned, like raw single cards or raw comic books. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on SALE items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The website does not have an option for exchanging items, so please request a return if necessary and then you may purchase another of the same product again. If the product is sold out and you had an error because of shipping or wrong item was sent, we will gladly accept the return and refund you. We will also keep your name on our waiting list and will try to get the product for you as soon as we can.
We will try to contact waiting list customers as a priority.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
